Fast tuna buddha bowls

Do you know buddha bowls? They are handsome bowls full of vegetables and other healthy ingredients, ideal as a healthy dinner or lunch. In addition, these fast tuna buddha bowls can be prepared express quickly. You can experiment with the ingredients according to what your refrigerator brings and what your current tastes are. Quick, healthy and easy - these are the buddha bowls.

Buddha bowls are also a great tip for lunch to work or school, as they are easily portable and do not need to be heated in this case. They will also be pleased with their 46 g of protein and 14 g of fiber per serving, which contains only about 400 kcal. If you want to prepare this recipe without lactose, feel free to skip the white yogurt and pour only quality olive oil over the buddha bowl.

As a protein base I used tuna fillets in olive oil Sun&Sea, whose perfect taste in this recipe stood out beautifully. I added tuna and a pile of vegetables to the tuna. I also recommend adding pickled red cabbage, which perfectly complements the recipe with its sweet and sour taste. Finally, I decorated the buddha bowl with low-fat Greek white yogurt, which will also serve as a simple dressing and keys. But feel free to add your favorite seeds or fresh herbs.

Ingredients:

300 g tuna fillets in olive oil (I recommend this)

200 g boiled chickpeas (from a can)

100 g of pickled red cabbage

100 g of cucumber salad

100 g tomatoes

2 soup spoon of Greek white yogurt

sprouts, seeds .. (optional)

Cooking procedure:

Wash the vegetables, cut them and arrange them in a bowl.

We also add tuna with olive oil, strained chickpeas and finally decorate the buddha bowls with a scoop of Greek white yogurt and sprouts or seeds. We serve ideally immediately.

Bon appetite
