Fit tuna quiche with pumpkin

I fell in love with this simple and fit tuna quiche with pumpkin (without borders) for the first taste. It is incredibly juicy, rich in protein and satiate well. For me, he became an ideal candidate for dinner during the fall. You don't even need a lot of ingredients to prepare this recipe, and as for the process, all you have to do is mix everything together in a bowl and bake - and I prefer such recipes!

I prefer to prepare quiche in my own fit version without borders, ie without a path. This makes the recipe much faster to prepare, retains a low carbohydrate content and is also free of flour and gluten.

Fit tuna quiche with pumpkin I prepared with tuna in own juice brand Sun&Sea. You will need 1 triple pack of this tuna for quiche. I used Hokkaido pumpkin, but the recipe will be great with any pumpkin (for example, butter or baking). Thanks to the Hokkaido pumpkin, however, it has a slightly sweet touch and a beautiful, deep orange color.

From the recipe you will get a quiche, which offers 8 larger pieces, nutritional values are calculated on 1 of these pieces.

If you are also a fan of pumpkin recipes, you have to try this pumpkin quiche with tuna, I'm sure you'll like it.

Ingredients:

3x80 g of tuna in its own juice (I recommend this)

4 eggs

1 onion

300 g pumpkin (eg Hokkaido, may be different)

100 g grated cheese (eg mozzarella)

150 g of white yogurt

pinch of salt

Cooking procedure:

We wash the pumpkin thoroughly, we can remove the skin from it and then grate it.

In a bowl, mix the eggs with finely chopped onions, grated cheese, debugged tuna, a pinch of salt and white yogurt.

Then add the grated pumpkin and mix the dough well.

Pour the dough into baking paper of a lined cake tin (with a diameter of about 25 cm) and bake the quiche for about 25 minutes at 175 degrees until the top starts to turn brown.

After baking, let it cool down for a while before slicing.
