Fitness meatloaf from tuna

Fitness tuna minced is basically a salty tuna pie that can be served as a healthy breakfast or dinner. It is great for protein supplementation and also satiates well. You will only need a few ingredients to prepare this meatloaf and you will not stay in the kitchen for more than 10 minutes. If you also like tuna dishes, be sure to save this simple recipe - it tastes incredibly good! :)

You won't even sweat when preparing this meatloaf from tuna - all you have to do is mix it all together and then bake it, and the meatloaf is ready. I used tuna in olive oil from the Sun&Sea brand as a base. Thanks to the fact that we use tuna in oil (even if we let it drip), the minced meat will be perfectly juicy.

If necessary, you can exchange oatmeal for your favorite flour. In this case, however, use it about 1/4 less than oatmeal, otherwise the chopped meat will be drier. If you want to change the recipe over time, you can add herbs, grated carrots, dried mushrooms, olives or dried tomatoes to the dough.

I recommend serving chopped tuna with salad or fermented vegetables, or with a side dish like quinoa, with pastries, but it is also excellent on its own. I hope you like it too.

Ingredients:

100 g oatmeal

3x80 g tuna in olive oil (I recommend this)

3 large eggs (total 150 g)

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1 PL mustard

1/2 tea spoon salt

1/2 tea spoon marjoram

1/4 tea spoon ground black pepper

Cooking procedure:

We mix all the ingredients together almost smoothly in a mixer.

Pour the finished thick dough into a baking dish (for example on bread, measuring approx. 25 x 11 cm, lined with baking paper or sprayed with oil) and bake the chopped dough for 35 minutes at 175 degrees.

Let it cool thoroughly before slicing.

Bon appetite
