Tacos with tuna and avocado

We will need:

Tacos (for 1 serving approx. 3 badges)

1/2 avocado

1 can of tuna - I used tuna in olive oil from the Sun&Sea brand, you can find it in Kaufland or at the Mall, for example. It is good quality and the best I have eaten so far. It fits into several recipes and is an ideal helper when you can't cook.

Sliced ​​cheese (you can use light)

Lettuce

about 50g of white yogurt

tomatoes

pinch of salt and dried basil 

 

Cooking procedure:

 

Put the tacos pancake on a teflon pan. On a low heat, roast it from one side and then turn it.

Place a slice of cheese on top of the warm side. Bake for a few minutes and get out of the pan.

Spread yogurt mixed with dried basil into warm tacos.

Add the avocado smeared with a fork, decently salted.

Add tuna and lettuce.

Fold the tacos in half and repeat this procedure with the remaining tacos pancakes.

Serve with tomatoes and possibly extra yogurt outside the tacos pancakes
